Vinyl Style CD in Custom Printed CD Sleeves
What's Included?
We will supply you with a premium Vinyl Style media (option of black base or AZO dye base) custom printed on-body with your artwork design and duplicated with your data/audio. For this particular offer, we supply the discs inserted into custom printed card sleeves which are glossy finish and standard board although we can now offer recycled board at an additional price on request.
Vinyl CD On-Body CMYK Printing
We use professional printing systems to apply your design direct to the surface of the disc and the output is a premium photographic glossy finish (although we can provide a matt stock on request).
Vinyl CD Duplication / Copying
To process your order, simply send us your master disc to copy from (CD-R or CD-ROM) and we will make an identical copy for you. The copy process will retain track spacing, CD text, ISRC codes and quality. We prefer to receive a physical master in the post, although we can accept .CDI image format from Padus (see our blog here).
How do I proceed and order
From the drop down menu below, select which quantity you require and click Order Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying.
How to Provide Artwork & Data
Please post your data / master disc to us via courier or royal mail. Our address is confirmed in the order receipt generated by our website. You can post artwork files to us via our company Drop Box located here.
NOTE Always reference your 5 digit order ID in all communications and write the number clearly on any discs that you post to us. This ensures your artwork/master discs are assigned to the correct job.

The document above will help you to create the artwork for vinyl style cd-r projects (not CDROM) and includes notes on specific colour limitations with the photo glossy discs.
Artwork Specification
Please refer to the FAQ link above, but as a general rule, all artwork must be in CMYK color profile and at least 300dpi. If you are supplying artwork in Illustrator (.AI file) please convert all fonts to outlines / vector before supplying. If you are supplying flattened artwork (JPEG/TIFF for example), please ensure you hide all template elements including vinyl groove, center hole, stacking rings etc. Allow for 1mm bleed around printable area.
