CUSTOM PRINTED PREMIUM VINYL STYLE CD-R 

W.E.B.S Ltd re passionate about the vinyl style disc and have specialised in this format since 2003. Our discs are full colour coded with matching black on the data side and realistic vinyl grooves with a look and feel of real vinyl on the top. We take your high resolution artwork and print the inner area direct to the surface of the disc (70mm printable area) using professional CMYK on-body printers which results in a stunning gloss finish. Your audio or data is professionally duplicated onto the discs (which look like mastered discs, as no burn marks are visible) and finally inserted into a premium stock, matt finish mini record sleeve.

Premium On-Body Glossy Print
We do NOT use labels for these discs (nor do we advise they are ever used). We hear of a couple of firms who use labels, which is just plain wrong. Labels on these discs will peel and cause issues with playback so avoid at all costs! We use a professional CMYK printing system to apply artwork direct to the surface of the disc, resulting in a premium glossy finish (matt available on request) and the disc plays perfectly in audio playback.

Professional Audio/Data Duplication
We use our own high tech duplication suite to record data onto the media, adopting standard recording practices. Where possible, we require an audio master provided to red book standard (although overburn is possible to a degree). We prefer to copy from a CD-R of your audio although we can accept DDP images. Whats Included in this Offer
We will print the discs on-body using your artwork, copy your data/audio onto the discs and insert the finished product into mini record sleeves.

Mini Record Sleeves
We use a premium stock finish in matt using both white and black sleeves. These have an opening at the top and allow the vinyl disc to be inserted with their artwork side to show through the 70mm hole cut perfectly in the middle. These give a fantastic finish and complete the vinyl replica look.

CD and NOT Vinyl
To clarify, this product is a 12cm CD-R and is standard in respect of it's burning and playback capability. It can NOT be played on a record deck (although we do a vinyl cd hybrid which can). The discs on this page are designed for cd playback, not turntable use.

How do I proceed and order
Click 'Add to Basket' and follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying. If you want more than 1 x master job e.g 3 x batches of 100, type 3 in the input box and click add to basket.

How to Provide Artwork & Data
Please post your data / master disc to us via courier or royal mail. Our address is confirmed in the order receipt generated by our website. You can post artwork files to us via our company Drop Box located here. NOTE Make sure, you write your order ID number clearly onto the discs you send to us.

Artwork Specification
Please supply hi-res artwork (300dpi) using CMYK colour. Please ensure your artwork is 71mm x 71mm canvas and do NOT show the center hole, stacking rings on any aspect of the template. You can supply artwork via our drop box (ask for details) and we accept JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PDF or AI format as long as all fonts are converted to outlines before sending.
