Professional On-Body Printed CD (Taiyo Yuden) Thermal Re-Transfer
*Note: For orders over 500 units we would offer silkscreen or offset litho printing which is far cheaper per unit, on larger order quantities.
Whats Included?
We use premium Taiyo Yuden media for short runs up to 500 units and A** Grade media on higher volume runs. As standard, discs are supplied in BULK unless packaging is ordered at the same time. We can provide a range of standard and bespoke packaging options for 12cm media, contact us on 0800 756 9975 or click 'enquire tab' and send us a request.
Full Colour On-Body Printing
For short runs up to 500, we will use state of the art printing machinery, applying artwork directly onto the surface of the disc. We print onto full surface discs from 23mm through to 118mm using a premium thermal re-transfer system. For print runs in excess of 500 we will use offset-litho as standard although we can provide silkscreen printing for those with pantone references.
How do I proceed and order
From the drop down menu below select which quantity you require and click Order Now. Follow the on-screen instructions to checkout and pay for your order. At the end of the process, you will gain access to our Production Notes form, which allows you to inform us, how you will be providing the artwork and master disc for copying.
How to Provide Artwork
You can post disc(s) to us at our address found on the contact page or you can drop files into our company Drop Box located here. Please make sure you confirm your 5 digit order number when sending files to us.

Artwork Specification
Artwork supplied as an AI file at 300dpi with all fonts converted to outlines. Please ensure your artwork is on a 120mm x 120mm canvas and do NOT show the center hole or any aspect of the template.
