Pricing Policy

  • All goods offered for sale through our website are shown in Sterling (£)
  • The price is exclusive of value added tax @ Current Rate
  • We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.
  • Prices do not include postage and packing which will be calculated automatically through the ordering process.
  • We will not be bound to deliver the goods until you have paid for them.
  • Our automated website with order tracking will request payment for the product(s) you select

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns Policy).

Your right of cancellation

The rights of cancellation set out below apply to the agreement between ourselves and the customer, and assume any goods received by you are un-opened..

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:
1. by a notice in writing send to our address (given above);
2. by facsimile to our business facsimile number (given above);
3. by electronic mail to our electronic mail address (given above);
4. by telephone (given above).

The notice you provide will operate to cancel the agreement based on the following requirements;
1. you must return the goods to us at the address given above ;
2. the goods must be returned to us complete , unopened, and in perfect (resalable) condition;
3. you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us at the address given above ;
4. you are responsible to take reasonable care of the goods (including reusable packaging, manuals etc) until they are returned to us ;
5. you are responsible to take reasonable care to see that they are received by us and not damaged or lost in transit ;
6. we will reimburse any sum paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement including the costs of carriage and any insurance which you directed us to incur.
7. we will charge you the direct costs to us of recovering any goods supplied by us if you fail to return the goods.
8. cancellation of any order processed through our automated website (considering goods are not yet despatched), will be refunded less 3% to cover credit card processing fee's levied by worldpay on the initial sale. Any refund approved by management will be sale value less this amount. An invoice will be created detailing sale, refund and charge.

Our right of cancellation

  • If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We will promptly repay to you any sums paid by you in relation the agreement. We will not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.
  • We actively check all orders placed through awebcompany.net. Orders received using hotmail, yahoo, msn or other free email account in conjunction with a mobile telephone number will be investigated to ascertain validity. If we are unable to contact the customer by email or telephone, we will cancel the order and delete the account concerned. We actively use worldpay's pre-auth system and in this situation, no money will be claimed from the shoppers credit/debit card. Only upon our acceptance of a valid order will debit the card. This is part of our active fraud protection policy which guarantees we continue to offer the best service to our legitimate shoppers.
    Statutory Rights

The after sales service and guarantees and the voluntary code for the return of goods by you to us mentioned below, do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Policy

  • The costs of carriage is calculated at the point of purchase and is payable up front along with the goods ordered
  • All orders received by 12 noon will be despatched same day via royal mail or Citylink
  • You should note that our carrier requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to goods and you should inspect the goods upon receipt and report any loss or damage to the carrier immediately.
  • If any delay occurs you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.
  • If you report any damage to goods to us within 48 hours of delivery, we will refund the price and carriage or replace the goods at no cost to you.
  • You must advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel.
  • Please note that all delivery charges are shown on your order form.
  • In respect of any damage to goods reported to us after 48 hours of delivery we require proof from you that the goods were damaged before receipt by you.
  • PO Box delivery address's will not be accepted. Full postal address including post code is required.

Acceptance of Goods

You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods 3 days after delivery to your carrier
After acceptance you shall not be entitled to reject goods which are not in accordance with the contract.

Returns Policy

  • No goods delivered to you which are in accordance with the agreement will be accepted for return by us without our prior written approval (in accordance with our returns authorisation procedure) and on terms to be determined at our absolute discretion.
  • If we agree to accept any such goods for return you will be liable to pay a handling charge of (15%) of the invoice price. Such goods must be returned by you to us carriage-paid and in the original packaging.
  • Goods which are in accordance with the agreement and are returned without our prior written approval may at our absolute discretion be returned to you or stored at your cost without prejudice to any other rights or remedies we may have.
  • All orders are carefully checked before despatch. Occasionally, items are damaged, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.
  • We will do our best to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
  • If the goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving them.
  • Keep all the packaging material; we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you on a convenient date or to have a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management
  • Where applicable, transaction charges (4.5%) levied by worldpay for on-line transactions via our website will be deducted from the credit total. (not applicable to cheques, postal orders and bank transfers).
  • Variations in description or specification

We may deliver goods of a different description or specification from that agreed and as may be required to comply with any applicable safety or statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the quality or fitness for purpose of the goods.

Limitations upon our liability to you

  • Our liability to you for any breach of contract or negligence (save and except our liability for negligence for death or personal injury) shall be limited to the price of the goods together with any expenses incurred by you in notifying us and returning the goods to us.
  • We shall not be liable for any consequential loss including without limitation any loss caused by interruption of your business, loss of electronic information or physical damage to property and whether directly or indirectly caused by any breach of contract or by negligence by us or by any servant or agent of ours.
    Law & Jurisdiction

All Contracts made between Web Enterprise Business Solutions Limited and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and all disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any part of these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.

Fraudulent credit card use degrades the quality of the service we offer our customers. We track all shopper IP address as one part of our fraud detection procedure. This is to ensure shoppers are who they say they are. Suspect orders will be dealt with swiftly and politely.
