This page provides access to our Terms & Conditions for both service based offerings and product sales. Unfortunately, this is one of those boring legal things which companies have to do, but we would like to say this to all of our customers. In our 10 years of trading, we have not had to call on our T&C's and where possible we will always aim to keep our customers happy however we can. Even when customers pay us up front for product/services, we will act in a reasonable and professional manor in the unlikely event of a problem.
If we are approached in a reasonable manor, we will always respond in kind.
