Delivery Information
W.E.B.S Ltd has franked mail facilities for small items which enables us to offer Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery for small packets within UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. In addition, we provide airmail service to most of Europe.
For heavier weight items in excess of 2kg, we will use a courier for mainland UK next day deliveries. Most of the time this will be Citylink, although on occassions we may change the courier used.
For overseas shipments we provide TNT International Services for European destinations and Federal Express for anything further afield. If you need a specific quote, let us know.
ORDER CUT OFF TIME IS 1PM FOR SAME DAY DESPATCH
It is important to be in to receive your courier deliveries!
Citylink: 1st Delivery Attempt:
Unless you pay for a timed delivery, Citylink will attempt to deliver between 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday). It is your responsibility to be available during these hours. Failure to be in, when delivery is attempted will mean that your property is carded by the courier. A second attempt will automatically be attempted the next working day.
Citylink: 2nd and Final Delivery Attempt:
The courier will attempt a second time. Failure on this occassion will mean the goods are returned to the local Citylink depot.
Citylink: Order held at local Citylink depot:
Your order will be held at this depot for a maximium of 5 days during which you can collect by contacting the number shown on your card. At this stage, it is possible to organise a re-delivery but this is chargable at £5.00 + vat.
Citylink: Order returned to W.E.B.S Ltd
Once the above attempts and timescale for holding at depot fails, the goods are sent back to W.E.B.S Ltd. This return of order will incur a cost which will be chargable to the customer who failed to receive the goods. At this stage a further delivery charge will be incurred + the return charge in order for a delivery to be re-scheduled.
Despatch Times
During Monday - Friday, we have a final collection from Royal Mail every day at 3.00pm. Orders placed on our website by 1pm will generally be despatched on the same working day.

Our website uses an advanced shipping system which calculates the exact rate of shipping according to weight and volumetric measurements. The services we include within our website represent value for money with reliability in mind.
When you add item(s) to cart, our system calculates the cost of shipping according to weight. Once you log in and specify your country of origin, our system will provide optional delivery methods we can provide you. These vary in both the price you pay and the time you can expect your item to be delivered.
In line with new postal prices, we are able to offer franked mail via recorded, special, airmail, airsure and international signed for services. These are all available through our website and provide a reliable cost effective solution for delivery of goods to you.
Our website system will inform you once item(s) are packed and then dispatched. You must then allow X amount of time, as detailed above for delivery of your goods. Certain method allow tracking and if your chosen delivery includes this, notes of the tracking references will be posted within your account area.
