How to Order
Our website is fully secured and interfaced with HSBC via Protx VSP server gateway. We do not store any payment card information and each order placed on our site is secure between you and the bank directly.
Simply navigate our website, using the navigation menu's shown on the left of our website. Once you locate a product you wish to purchase, add the item to your basket and follow the instructions on screen to either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. At any point you can view whats in your basket by clicking 'View Basket' shown at the top of this website.
PAYING FOR PRODUCTION/SERVICES
You can book a service e.g duplication, printing, replication etc via our website just as if it was a normal product. Locate the service you require from the menu's on our website. Once you have found what you need, simply type the quantity you require into the quantity box, which will calculate the unit cost based on the amount you are buying (TIP: increase your quantity to get a cheaper unit price). When you are ready, proceed through to the checkout and select your payment method. Once your order has gone through, you will be provided with a 5 digit order ID which is used as an identifier for your order for all artwork/master discs sent to us via post or our yousendit drop box. PAYMENT VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Once you enter our checkout screen, you can make a payment for your order using andy credit or debit card. We can accept Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Mastercard, Delta & American Express.
PAYMENT VIA PRO-FORMA ~ CHEQUE/POSTAL ORDER
At the checkout stage, you can select to order by off-line method. Our system will generate an order receipt for you, which you can print and send in via post, along with a cheque or postal order. This method can also be used, when our customers wish to phone their payment card through. *Note: For international Orders, we ONLY accept payment in UK Sterling and will cancel any payments issue in EURO or US Dollar. In addition, the payer must cover ALL banking fee's / charges.
UK ORDERS AND VAT INVOICESEvery order received through this website will have an automated, on-line invoice/receipt generated. This is NOT an official VAT invoice. We can issue a valid VAT invoice along with the delivery of your goods if you require it. You can request a VAT invoice for any order placed by emailing invhelp@webs-assist.co.uk
VAT CHARGED ON POSTAGE CHARGES
Our website charges VAT at the current rate on both the goods and the postage costs. It is incorrect to assume that because the Post Office exclude VAT on stamps, that companies should not charge VAT on their postage services. W.E.B.S Ltd use business franking facilities and all packaging, consumable and machinery costs incurred are subject to VAT. As such, our charges are subject to VAT which is valid and correct. FOREIGN ORDERS AND VAT EXEMPTION WITHIN EU MEMBER STATES
W.E.B.S Ltd, will charge VAT at standard rate on all transactions, unless we approve your account for VAT exemption. If you hold a valid VAT number, we can ship ZERO rated invoices to your country. Please contact us and request a VAT exemption application form.
