Low Volume Duplication & Printing

We operate a number of robotic machines which automate disc production at a very fast rate, allowing us to provide our customers with a 24 hour turnaround time on many of our services. Our duplication systems are of the highest standard and we only use the best quality media available, mainly Taiyo Yuden. All of our printing methods are on-body and we have thermal re-transfer and advanced inkjet printing systems, along with UV coating facilities for inkjet media. Our output is premium and our service professional, as is noted by the many customers who have posted reviews on our website.

High Volume Replication & Printing

As standard in the industry, our replication service is for larger runs, typically 1,000 units + and in general the turnaround times are 10 working days. We provide both silkscreen and offset litho printing methods on standard and shaped media, along with a full range of packaging solutions, both standard and bespoke. We have over 60 custom shapes in our portfolio at the moment, with a bespoke shape creation facility available on request. We have been servicing our clients with mastered media and specialist shapes since 1999 and have vast experience in delivering premium quality media at a great price, on time.
